When I'm stopped it doesn't make the noise. After driving for a few minutes it goes away. It sounds like the noise is in a rhythm until i start slowing down and when I'm going slow it's almost constant for a second. Check tensioner, belt itself they just do when cold the colder the more and goes away is common. Make sure.
