2009 Honda Accord 2.4L Automatic Transmission 156k Miles
Noise A: While in gear there’s a mechanical like rotational grinding or vibration. Imagine your phone on the table buzzing maybe not as intense but I can feel it in the peddle to some extent. It’s clearly heard. It does not occur all the time, so it isn't a guarantee it will but more often than not, it will. It does NOT occur while gears are disengaged, neutral. Once I engage I can hear this grinding or vibration. While accelerating I do NOT hear it. it’s typically only when I'm idling, like if I'm sitting in a drive thru, there is kind of a tiny shake to it, the front, idk. I assume it's a pulley or an accessory who's spinney thing went bad.
Noise B: Again there's a sound coming from the engine bay like I’m low on engine oil. Around 1500 rpm there’s a buzzing/a low chkchk sound. It only occurs when I’m driving slow at the roughly 1500rpm mark, I CANNOT replicate revving in neutral/Parked. If I give it some good gas it doesn’t really occur but I can sometimes hear it for like a split second as I climb the rpm’s. I thought I was low on oil and I checked and my engine oil levels are fine. I did check transmission and it is low, is shy of the minimum marker, I plan to top it off but the color looked good, it was still vibrant red, so it was probably done when I bought it. It appears that it might go away once I hit peak operating temperature but that detail is inconclusive as of right now. Since my Trans fluid is shy of the minimum fill line, it might be this since when I drive a long time/distance, it's harder to replicate because I assume the oil gets hot and lubricates better despite it being short, but did I mess up my transmission?
Any help would really be appreciated. I intend to take it to a shop but I want to know what to consider and what to look for incase they’re unable to replicate it / I simply want to know what needs to be done.
I’m more concerned about noise B as that one is a lot more ominous to me and I’m afraid I damaged my transmission badly.

This is most likely one of the belt driven components like alternator, water pump, power steering, AC or an idler pully. The first thing I would try is to remove the drive belt and run the engine for a few seconds to see if the noise is there.
It can also be something in the timing components and your going to need an expert to listen to that.

Absolutely, check everything. Add motor mounts and flex exhaust pipe and heat shields placed along the way engine too,
