2007 pt cruiser wobble noise

I have a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser 2.4L with 66,000 miles. It began to make this wobble noise and has gotten louder. I have jacked the car up and checked the bearings...no movement in any. I have replaced the front rotors and breaks, but the noise is still there. It is driving me crazy sounds like a wheel is about to fly off!!!!

A wobble is a motion, not a sound. What exactly is it doing and under what circumstances?

I know that wobble is a motion not a sound, but the sound is like something (ie. the tire) is wobbling. At a low speed it is not so bad (20mph), but at a high speed (50mph) the noise is so loud that I have to yell to talk to passengers in the car with me. The steering wheel shakes a tiny bit, I mean so little it is hard to notice it. Otherwise the car functions properly.

Well, you can't check the hub bearing by simply jacking it up and shaking the wheel. Someone knowledgeable is going to have to drive it to determine what the problem may be.
