This 06 300 occasionally shuts off when at running temp. checked enhanced DTCs and found DTC P2138 throttle sensor critical voltage. Another thing i have noticed is that there is no significant change in rpms when A/C compressor is turned on/off or when brake petal is depressed, is that normal or related Thank you

Pretty hard to tell you anything without an engine size.

Engine computer knows that your requesting the ac and/or pressing on the brake and is able to anticipate the load that is going to be put on the engine. That is why you don't see much of a change in rpm.

P2138 means there is a correlation fault between the two pedal position sensors at the accelerator pedal. I don't know if that would cause the PCM to turn off the engine, but it would probably limit throttle control. You need a high end scan tool to interface the PCM and look at the datastream information for the APP1 and APP2 sensor.
