Where might I get instructions to do this ? If you drop the pan it's only going to drain about 3 to 4 quarts which is about 1/3 of the total capacity and there is no way to drain the rest. Your best bet is to just take it to a shop that has a total replacement machine and that is the only way to replace all the fluid.
