Can someone please assist..a lady is stranded and I'm trying to help.the car was running and started sputtering..put put put...type of sound an now won't start...any suggestions its a2005 dodge neon sxt

Best thing to do would be to call a tow truck and have it towed to a reputable shop in the area.
Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
