2003 toyota corolla gt

I changed the timing chain and sprockets. reassembled the engine. started the car. but now the tachometer doesnt work, the car wont go into gear, the lights that normally would come on when you turn the key on dont light up and im getting no reading when i plug in the OBDII. All these were not problems before i did this work. PLEASE HELP!

You need to go back over your work and find out what got damaged or was left disconnected. I would suspect you left a ground wire off somewhere but could be any kind of connector.
