The car needs to be inspected to find out what the problem is. Doesn't matter but if wheel isn't exactly in place after replacing or messing with one it's all wrong. Some could use shims or washers offset like an ellipse for adjustment. As Hammer just said it needs to be inspected for correct parts or not or improper installation and don't wait!
