2003 saab 9-3 Tune up

So I just got a 2003 Saab 9-3 given to me for free and I have a p0300 code(random misfire). I just wanna do a basic tune up for spark plugs, coil pack and whatever I might be able to do to make the misfire go away. The only problem is I'm not mechanically incline to do the work myself and I don't wanna spend what the shops are charging to do it for me. Is there anyone knowledgeable in saabs that can help me with doing this tune up myself? Pictures and or videos are extremely helpful

Do you select your medical or legal needs the same way? DIY bypass or maybe diy legal representation ?
ANYWAY:
A misfire is not limited to ignition 'tune up' components, could be fuel or mechanical etc.
Try google maybe some youtube videos....
Be sure to use quality parts, cheap aftermarket parts are problematic.
