2003 chevy venture drivers window won't go up and passenger window won't go down.

I have a 2003 chevy venture van. My driver side window will not go up and the passenger window will not go down. When I push the lever for the drivers side to go down I can here it try and go down, but it is already down. When I try and make it go up I get nothing and don't hear any noise and no attempt to go up. When I push the control to get the passenger window to go up the window moves like it wants to go up, but it is already up. When i try and get the passenger window to go down there is nothing. Not sure what the problem is. I have checked fuses even though it shouldn't be fuses and the fuses are good. This all happened at the same time. Both windows were rolled mostly down when I turned engine off to fill up with gas. When I got back in the passenger window went up but drivers would not, but pushed the drivers button the other way and the window would go down. Now the drivers is all the way down and passenger all the way up. Any suggestions.

There is only one way to find a problem like this and that is with a test light, wiring diagram and someone that understands electrical circuits.
