2003 Lincoln ls solenoids or electrical ?

I have a 2003 Lincoln Ls v6 3.0 .. I have replaced motor because the car had no power and wouldn't get no power . Brought it to ford and they said it was my engine and needed to be replaced .. So I replaced motor and also had the catalytic converter checked for restrictions none were found at another mechanic shop car has no power and won't shift out of 1st until it tachs at 4 thousand rpm it then has no power in what I'm guessing is 2nd or 3rd or 4 th I have to let go of gas to have it come down to first. It has an e on the dash display also the car throws transmission codes the codes were all motor codes when I first got the car but the tranny drove the same way. Since there's a new motor in it they are only tranny codes they are: po713 po740 po748 po758 po763 po743 po755 po760 . Before engine was replaced I didn't have transmission codes .. Can anyone lead me into the right direction what the possible causes are .. Where should I start to look at ?
