Sign In My car was not starting due to bad terminals. I drive a 2003 mitsubishi galant. I changed the terminals and now it starts. But now it makes this loud sound(sounds like the something to do with the fan) and it doesn't immediately turn of when I turn the key off. It keeps going for a couple seconds and sounds horrible.
