How do I access the fuel pump? I guess it's under the rear seat, but I can't figure out how to get the seat up.

Yes there is an access panel under the rear seat; as for getting the seat out; well that’s like trying too explain to someone in text of how too tie your shoe laces; easy once you/ve done it a couple of times.
There are release tabs or retainer hooks that need to be pushed in; most times you cannot see them; you push the lower seat cousin towards the back and lift up at the same time and it might release. I’ve had a few that it took longer to get the seat out without damaging it then what it took to change the pump.
