2001 nessian exterra

got an exterra that i need to bleed the power steering but have no clue what or where to start .
it squeals badly ad the power steering pump is new ,belt really slows down while turning is on the road ,
tried to bleed it by turning back and forth on jack stands , no squeal till it hits stops
went back and forth about 40 times still the same
any help would be great

Is the fluid level low or is it foamy?
Make sure the PS belt is tight?

belt is tight only goes down about 1/4 inch when pushed in middle
no foam in fluid and is still high for bleeding

still need help can not figure out how to get it right its hard to turn and squeals badly

did you replace the pump on this or did you replace the steering rack? What were the symptoms prior to working on it?
This is the bleeding procedure.
Print - Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
- Fill the power steering system with the proper grade and type steering fluid.
NOTE Do not allow the fluid level in the reservoir tank to go below the MIN level line. Check and add fluid as needed.
- Raise and safely support the vehicle.
- Quickly turn the steering wheel to the full right and left detents and lightly touch the steering stoppers.
NOTE Do not hold the steering wheel in the locked position for more than ten seconds.
- Repeat this operation until the fluid level no longer decreases.
- Start the engine.
- Quickly turn the steering wheel to the full right and left detents and lightly touch the steering stoppers.
NOTE Do not hold the steering wheel in the locked position for more than ten seconds.
- Check for air bubbles or cloudy fluid. If found, repeat the bleeding procedure.
- Stop the engine and check the fluid level. Correct as required.
Did you turn this lock to lock without the engine running first?

would having the truck off make adifference in bleeding it ??

Of course it would. The pump isn't even circulating with the engine off.

i turned the stearig wheel back and forth with it running and up on jack stands , will doing it with the truck OFF and on jack stands make a difference ,
have been driving it but still sqealls when turning and still hard to turn
