Got in my car yesterday tried starting it several times but it wouldn't start after several mins of trying it finally started. The radio, horn, and lights etc were all working. Any idea what this could be?

It could be a lot of things......If it does it again you need to find out whats missing, spark or fuel....
In the mean time it would probably be a good idea to get caught up on all the maintenance, especially the filters and have the battery checked....
