2001 Volvo S60 Revving When I'm Not Pressing Gas, Stalls When Moving Slowly Sign In

Hey so I have a 2001 Volvo S60. I accidentally drove it over a curb (okay) and it's been running weird since. First off, just starting the car in park, it all seems pretty normal, but then the car starts revving without me pressing the gas. It's only a little at first, but gradually gets stronger and stronger until it goes up to 2,500 ish and then smooths out. The cycle then repeats.

I feel I should also point out that the lights on the dashboard and the headlights dim whenever it revs. The revving continues when I'm driving slowly, although it's less noticeable at higher speeds. Sometimes when I stop or slow down it stalls out.

I haven't really driven it much since I noticed these problems, but I have moved it back and forth in my driveway to check on things. I looked underneath and everything was fine, except for one tube that was disconnected. It pretty much just slid back into place, but I'm still having problems. My money is tight right now so I probably can't afford to have it taken into the shop, so I was hoping someone might know a fix someone rather inexperienced might be able to do at home, or at least help me find some diagrams of the bottom.
Also: I posted this somewhere else and the guy asked for the codes. I don't have them or the scanner to get them

Sounds like you knocked off either a major vacuum line or the intake snorkel. You're going to have to inspect it carefully. Listen for a hissing noise.
