HELLO ALL! Xoxo
So...
2001 Toyota Camry 160,000K miles
4 cylinder

We first noticed the temp gauge went up. We then checked the fluid and the coolant tank was empty.
We filled it to the fill line and drove about 2 miles and the tank had lost coolant (about a centimeter or two)...
Last night... I filled the tank to the fill line, radiator was topped off, put tons of paper towels under the car to detect dripping and ran the car for 10-15 mins. The coolant is coming out of the top of the radiator, near the center.

What is my next step? Anymore troubleshooting I can do?
Does this usually mean I need a new radiator? I’ve seen mending options lol.

Please help me guys! My late father was a mechanic and I’m so lost without him. Need my car to save my life lol

Thank you for ANY advice you can give me

You definitely need a new radiator. Plastic tanks are not repairable.
