Hey everyone. New guy here. My 2001 Blazer 4x4 has had uneven tire tread since I bought it with 117k miles on it back in November '09. My ball joints look fine, they don't seem to be moving a whole lot. But recently when I turn to the left there is a loud whinding noise that seems to get worse the more I drive it. Turn to the right it's nice and quiet. It sounds like a wheel hub bearing to me. Would a bad bearing cause abnormal tire wear? Thanks. 2001 Blazer LT 4x4

It could if it was worn to the point that it had play in it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
