2000 chevy making weird noise

I have a 2000 chevy silverado with a 5.3L enigine in it and just lately ive been noticing a weird sound coming from the back end of the truck. The sounds almost like something is dragging behind my truck, but there isnt I checked, and it increases while I accelerate until I am at a steady speed. So I was just wondering if someones had this problem before or someone could help me with some information. Thank You.

Could be a wheel bearing, differential bearing, brake noise or even tire noise. It needs to be diagnosed by someone that specializes in that type of repair.
