2000 Ford Fiesta, 1.3 This is kind of a long story, this morning while driving to work I skidded on the ice and ended up on the side of the road. Everything was fine I was able to start my car up again and drive on. But then this evening after work my car wouldn't start it just kept turning over. Some of my colleagues gave me a push start and I was able to get home. I just tried the car again and it started fine and none of my warning lights came on ie battery. I was able to drive it round the block and and turn it off and on a couple of times with no problems. I assumed I had a dead battery but this doesn't seem to be the case. Could the accident have caused some sort of problem and will my car be ok to drive tomorrow? Can I drive it 20 miles to work and then to my mechanic? I'm sorry if this is a really stupid question but I'm such a car novice I have no idea about these things

you can look for obvious damage, but since its starting now every time I can't tell you what its going to do. But if a shop looks at it while it starts everytime they won't be able to find anything wrong with it since all parts will test good. See if this issue comes back.
