2000 Contour SE, turns over but will not start

2000 Ford Contour SE, 150k miles, turns over but will not start. It is getting fuel and spark, compression was low (80 in 2 cylinders, 100 in other 2) and found out timing belt had few broken teeth. Replaced timing belt and all 4 cylinders have 120 compression now. Spraying starter fluid directly in throttle body has no effect. Mechanic is stumped.
It all started when it got down to -5 F one night here, car would not start next morning. Put Heat fuel additive in and it sat over night. Next day it started fine (had warmed to about 40 F). Drove it to gas station and topped off gas since it was low. Drove it to work next day and drive it home later in day. Then next day it would not start and has not since, this was 3 weeks ago.
