1999 Honda won't crank. Lights, horn, radio work fine. Lights do not dim when trying to start the engine. Had battery tested its fine. Replaced starter, still nothing. Tested ignition switch all is good. Continuity tested the neutral safety switch and it tested good. Brake safety switch is good. Don't know where to go from here.

Test trigger wire right at the starter while turning key to crank. Bet it doesn't light up. Connection there or anything back to the ignition switch.

If an alarm that is supposed to do that learn it or remove as you wish especially aftermarket stuff.

First check that trigger wire then power with light not just continuity at NSSwitch,
