For a few weeks now, my van makes a terrible loud and annoying squealing noise, only while driving. We assumed it was the serpentine belt and had that as well as the tensioner replaced. Same problem. Nothing else had been replaced lately so not sure if it's brakes, water pump or another belt on the van. The sound is definitely coming from the front of the van and only when driving, when I brake to a stop, the sound stops.

We do know that the front stabilizer links are broken - could this be causing the problem? That's all the info I can give, thanks!!!

Sway bar links don't cause squealing noise. A seperated one will simply cause more body roll in turns. They are less than $30 each and an easy DIY repair in your driveway type job too. I'd get the wheels off and look at the brakes closely. While you're in there you will be looking right at the sway bar links. Remember to have a grease gun handy as the aftermarket ones have grease zerks and need to be greased on install and at every service. Make sure your wheel bearings are good too.
