I live in NZ and the mechanics i've taken it to have not been able to diagnose the problem. I have 1. checked the IACV 2.cleaned out the throttle body 3. replaced distributor cap 4. reset the ECU 5. checked for leaks 6. had the timing and idling done and probably lots more my over fried brain can't think of at the moment. I've recently just burped the coolant system and released the bleed bolt near the radiator and quite a lot of air came out of it. But since i've done this i can't get the van to start anymore. Any suggestions? I am literally open to anything. *any suggestions that aren't telling me to take it to a mechanic, because i've been to quite a few (like 5) who all tell me if they can't fix it no one can. If that bolt really was to purge air out of cooling system and it wasn't worked on involving coolant then burped out air I'd do a pressure test of cooling system to see where it went including if one or more wet spark plugs with coolant or even find it hydraulic locked with coolant?
