i have 150 to 160 psi in 1, 3, and 4 cyclinder and 110 to 120 in the 2nd cyclinder what does that mean

It means cylinder 2 is weak for some reason. Squirt a tablespoon of oil into the cylinder and repeat the test and see what happens.
