1996 Saturn pulling on both sides of the front end of car

When I hit a bump in the road on either side of the car right or left, the car starts to pull left or right when i hit a bump on whichever side. does anyone know what that might be?

sounds like bump steer. Usually due to improper steering angles could be front wheels tracking wrong due to impact damage is most common or bushing out. Best thing to do is bring it to a garage have a complete suspension system check and 4 wheel alignment.
Tell them about your issue so know to look for it when doing the alignment..
A person that good at alignments will be able to know where to look for bent parts by the camber, caster, toe readings.
