Frown
I just bought this used car from a private party. When driving it the next day, the car began dying at stop signs (not every time, once or twice). Then, when left overnight, it died completely. No battery life.

I am not completely car illiterate, but pretty close.

What could this be?

Check underhood light, trunk light, glovebox light etc in case they are remaining on without you knowing. If alls well there, do the testlight thing. I pull the neg battery cable off and connect the testlight between the cable and the bat post. Everything off anddoors closed, just like you are leaving it for the night, the testlight should be off. If the light glows, there is most likely a short someplace. Try this first and reply.
