my car started chugging as i was driving then car died and lost power steering. car will start up but then dies. we had the accessory belts fixed on the car. right after they were changed, while leaving one of the belts length wise split in half and we thought that it had hit something while thumping from breaking. i need to figure out what is wrong with it?
