1995 plymouth neon leaking coolant when off

Hello,
I seem to be having some car problems. The other day, I came home and when I parked the car, it started dripping coolant. It was definitely not condensation from the a/c first off. After about a half hour, there was a puddle of coolant, about a liter. I got my radiator and fan replaced about 6 months ago as it was having overheating problems. Im thinking out could be a pressure issue so I got a new radiator cap and the problem still persists. I'm not much of a car gal, so I'm sure you can understand the anxiety I'm getting when driving. Any suggestions are gladly appreciated. Thank you.

You have to pressure test the cooling system and locate the leak first.
