1994 pontiac transport-windows

1994 transport- windows would not roll up after starting-when this happened at startup, service engine light and need more gas light came on- windows worked fine on next start and lights did not come on again...any ideas as to cause?...thanks

I don’t now if this is the problem or not but it’s happened to a few of my customer’s vehicles.
Maybe the ignition switch when released after the start up it did not fully return to the run/accessory position. Sort of stuck in limbo between run and start this would stop the accessories from working and the warning lights to come on or not go off.
If this happens again try turning the keys back a very small amount towards off and see if things start to work? You won’t do any harm if you turn it back too far the engine will just turn off.
