1993 suburu impreza blinker problem.

My turn signals don't work on my car. all the bulbs work and the fuses aren't blow. The fuse panel tests positive for current. all the other lights work as well (head lights, ect). There is no relay/fuse under the hood as well. every other function on the turn signal column works too? Can anyone give me advice as to what else to checkfor? Thanks for your feed back.

In general that's a flasher problem. Flashers need all the involved bulbs to be ok. If it only does it on one side there would be more to investigate. T
