Should be under the hood and owner's manual may say. It may be marked on a cover of other relays, T

Arggh! Ford generally uses a green connector to fuel relays but I can't say for sure for a Tempo. In no time for $24.95 you could have an on line manual that's pretty comprehensive from WWW.AllData.com

They will give you a sample from some other car to know what you could expect. The regular books that would cover this would be very expensive and I don't have one for your car.

I'm dissapointed that a Ford dealer couldn't simply tell you and the part may be cheap and on a screen at their parts counter. You would have to go there though. Best I can do, Good luck, T

I believe the fuel pump relay is housed in a unit called the Constant Control Relay Module. You’ll find this module on the left front shock tower; it’s a rectangular box with a fair sized wiring harness going into it. This module also houses the PCM power relay, cooling fan relay, voltage regulator, AC clutch relay ect. and is only serviced as a unit.
