1993 Cherokee Oil Leak Sign In

I have a 1993 Jeep Cherokee with an oil leak. I have isolated the leak to the Oil Filter Adapter. There are O-rings on the adapter that need to be replaced to cure the leak. It apears that there is one big hex head inset bolt holding the adapter on. You need a T-70 tork or a 14M allen wrench to remove it. There is not enough room to get a tork or allen socket to fit. I tried using a 14M bolt with a nut welded to it but it wasn't strong enough. On my daughter's 1992 Cherokee, ther are two bolts holding it in and it is much easier to remove. However, my 1993 is different, with the exception that after the O-Rings get hard, they leak. Any ideas?

It's not both. It's one or the other. If it's an allen and you have an allen socket, you can remove the insert from the socket and use a box wrench to turn it.
