1992 dodge caravan Can't Post

ok i have a 1992 dodge caravan 3.0L and when i put my foot on the gas pedal the whole car starts to shake.. if anyone could tell how to fix this it would be helpful.

do you have a check enging light on when this happens? its possible it could be misfiring bad or it could be loose motor or transmission mounts. its hard to tell from here though.

yes the maintenance required light is on

That is just a scheduled maintenance not a malfunction indicator

If the mounts are loose would I have lift the motor and trans up a little to readjust and tighten

as long as they are in place you shouldnt have to but you will need the right tools, an air compressor and impact tools to tighten it right

"loose mounts" means worn out mounts and I seriously doubt they have anything to do with your problem.

I'm not there to drive it so i have no idea what it feels like. It could be an engine misfire but it could also be a bad inner C/V joint which those caravans were notorious for.
