1992 chevy camaro rs 5.0 running problems Sign In

Hi, my 92 rs is having some issues that I have not been able to solve. I drove it last Tuesday and parked it for an hour. I came back out to move it but it would not start, it was cranking though. I checked the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel lines and I rebuilt the throttle body. The car would start but not stay running unless I revved the engine but it would not stay at a certain rpm. I started to disconnect sensors even though I was not getting a trouble code. I unplugged the throttle positioning sensor and the car would now start up and stay running but not idle. I replaced it and it did not help. I cleaned the egr valve and replaced vacuum lines. still no help. There is plenty of gasoline going into the intake when I rev it but it won't stay running. Can someone please help me?

I also checked the distributor and rotor and they look pretty good.

With symptoms like that you should be seeing some codes stored. Your best bet is using a scan tool to look at the sensor data.
