I want to know if it is possible to have a shorter serpentine belt to run over all other pulleys except for the ps, I have had non stop problems with my power steering and at this point I'm fine without it however I don't want to have to worry about blowing a bearing, would the car run fine without the serpentine belt going over it? What size should I get? Thank you!

No, you can't simply leave the belt off. You still have a hydraulic rack and pinion. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
