Its a 92 Pontiac Grand Am SE 2.3L DOHC. I am trying to figure out how to drain the radiator but I cant seem to find a cap at the bottom in order to drain it, I know there is probably a hose somewhere but I cant figure out which one or how to get it off. Any help?

Sounds like you should be sending this to a shop to do this. Draining the coolant is the easy part. Getting all the air bled out later can prove very difficult and can cost you a motor is done wrong.

Never mind where a drain is it makes sense to send this out as it makes such a toxic mess. As HT just said you are risking your engine if you fail to get all air out so double reasons to send this out. Shouldn't be huge bucks,
