1991 Mazda Miata 1.6L 172k miles

Turned the car on and it started to slowly bog down and then it just died. The engine is turning over, but it won't start.

I replaced the spark plugs and it's sparking, I'm just still not getting it to start up.

Will it start if you spray starting fluid down the throttle body?
