Need to change the headlamp bulbs on my '90 Corolla, but can't get the old ones out of their sockets. Help!

The socket out of the lense would be twist CC and pull. The bulb out of the socket should just pull but look for some clip. Handle any bulb to be reused or new with dry paper as they don't like finger prints, T
