What type of car is it? On another note if you ever got stuck in a truck without the keys, "YOU CAN SUFFOCATE" so work fast to get a breathing hole.... your best shot is to take of the side moldings and break through the rear lights... to get some fresh air... Is is electic or cable if so. If Electric like most you need to find that power gets to the release motor. May take two people and a test light and check that the ground is good also if electric which I think it is.
