Sign In My 1986 Plymouth Reliant has a rough idle when the engine is cold but smooths out after it warms up a bit. It gets worse when outside temperatures get colder. The car has had a complete tune-up with plugs, plug wires, distributor cap/rotor, fuel injector(TBI), new timing belt, and throttle position sensor. Anyone have an idea as to what the problem may be ? This Kcar has the 2.5 liter, automatic transmission, and about 133,000 miles on it but in very good condition. Any ideas would be appreciated ! Just age look for all spots for vacuum leaks and think about replacing all vacuum hoses if not already done and perfect now.
