1985 F250 351W Oil in radiator, overheating

I have a 1985 F250 with a 351 windsor, edlebrock intake. Today for the first time it overheated, there is oil (a fair amount) in the water. Once the engine cooled I started it and refilled the water it still overheats rapidly. Am I assuming correct that it is mostlikely a head gasket and termostat issue?

Most likely the head gaskets but can also be automatic transmission cooling lines to the radiator. Problem here is that the hoses are now junk as cooling system hoses wont take the oil and will get soft and weak.
The fast overheat is still a question but could be exhaust bubbles thru the head gasket getting into the coolant too which would be seen at radiator cap or feel the radiator hose for building up pressure real fast which should take more time.
That could happen from even the intake manifold gasket but I don't think oil is involved with that gasket, T
