1984 RV - Losses Power

 1984 Ford E 350 RV Holiday Rambler 26'. Mileage: 27,500. Issue: Runs at highway speed for approx. 20 minutes - then looses power & sometimes back fires. Runs better in cold weather. The work performed up to this date, in an attempt to isolate problem: Replace fuel filter 4 times in 2 years. Replaced rubber hose up to fuel filter. Refurbished gas tank, tune up, new Muffler due to high heat, and replaced fuel transfer switch. Has been in shop 4 times with this issues with no resolution. Help!

How about an engine size?
I assume this is fuel injected so you need to monitor the fuel pressure during the failure.
