12v outlet not workinh

Hi. I have i am posting on the right place...
2003/5
Hyundai Getz

I am so frustrated because the 12v outlet doesn't work. I have used different chargers and all of them has the same issue. There is no problem in other cars so it must be the outlet. I have checked all the fuses and they are all intact. If i use a tester it picks up 12v of charge in the socket and is i plug in a charger with an led the led goes on, but the second i plug my devices(I've tried numerous) the led goes off and there is no power anymore. The lighter also does work.
Please assist we are going on vacation soon and need to charge phones and gps...

If this port is also a "cigar" lighter they suk. You can put a real same size power port there that will tolerate much more use and abuse but it won't make an element hot for lighting a smoking thing as a lighter did. If fact - smoke or not wouldn't use then to light anything as that ruins them either lack of contacts touch well or quit with debris from smoking material - cigar, cigarettes or any reason wrecks them,
