09 Kia Rio Bogging down.

First let me say, I don't know much about cars, please bare with me...
My car was running real slow, I would give it gas and it just bogged down, couldn't get any speed for nothing. I took it to a dealership. they had it for 2 weeks, and told me they couldn't figure out what was wrong, they said they felt it might be all the accessories I had hooked up, and I guess the Alternator couldn't handle it? anyway, I didn't have power windows, or power locks so I had those installed, I had a new stereo, subs, and amp hooked up. and fog lights, those are all my accessories. they unhooked everything. when I picked my car back up, it ran much better, but doesn't run like it use to, I just don't have the power I use to have. but I've never heard of accessories causing the car to bog down like that.
so after a week or so, I thought I would hook everything back up. it's been 3 weeks and it hasn't bogged down like it did the first time, I don't have complete power yet, but I think that disproves what the dealership is saying. I have no clue though. thing is my warranty is ending soon, I'm just wondering if it was something expensive that needed fixed, and they didn't want to do it since my warranty was expiring?
if anyone knows what this problem could be, please help me out.

I won't bore you will all the details but some accessories can cause problems with the computer circuits if they are wired incorrectly. Normally you would get an check engine light with some U codes but not always...
The mileage must be high for the warranty to be running out so soon. This is a little hard to diagnose online with such little info. You drive the car everyday so I'm sure you would notice "something different" that a tech may not pick up.
There is really no point for me to post a bunch of different tests to run because it sounds like you don't have the proper tools for this....
About the only thing I could suggest would be to call around a find shop that is good at diagnosis and get a 2nd opinion. Explaining the problem and telling them what has already been done up front should be enough to weed out the shops that aren't up to this problem but also ask some friends, family, etc who they use. You can go to ase.com or iatn.net and use their shop locators.
I know you probably don't want to spend any more money but if the dealership isn't giving you the right answer. You want to find the problem before the warranty runs out. Once its over.......its over....
