07 Honda Accord starting problems

Went dead a month ago...jumped off...ran fine for 32 days...went dead again...jumped off again...bought new battery...after installing, it seemed to have trouble cranking...went back a few hours later and makes a grinding sound with a burning smell and won't start at all...this is a 07 Accord bought new with no other previous problems. Help!
