07 Caddy DTS bucking issues

Hi all, not sure if anyone has had any similar issues or could give me some advice. We have a 2007 Cadillac DTS with high mileage. During the summer we noticed when the car got hot, it had 2 issues. It jumped out of gear from park to drive and reverse, also first gear jumped at about 5-10 mph. We thought it was a summer problem, but it has just happened this week, temperature in the 30 degrees. The problem is intermittent and never happens when it is at the service station. Any ideas what this could be?
