04 Suzuki Verona popping ECM fuse

Working on my 04 Verona and the ecm fuse (fuse 15) in the underhood fusebox blows when the engine is cranked. There must be a short to ground somewhere in this circuit. Fuel pump relay and fuel pump have been replaced with no change.
Has anyone had this problem? Any help/ideas of how to try and fix would be greatly appreciated!!!

Shorts are no fun......If you have a 12v test light, hook clip to batt +, touch the probe to ground to verify the light works and then pull the fuse and probe the load side of the socket (the side without power). If the light lights up, there is a short to ground....You can look at a diagram and start disconnecting anything that is on that circuit until the light goes out......You can also do the wiggle test......Start wiggling the wiring harnesses....If the light goes out or even blinks a little bit, then you are in the right area....
