04 Malibu Front Turn Signals

Both front turn signals are out. They will blink one blink when the turn signal is first turned on, then no more blinks. Turn the ignition off, and then back on, and they will blink one blink, and then no more blinks. Already replaced the bulbs, that did not change the problem. Please help !!!

Sounds like a bad switch or flasher relay.
