No troubles, but have read horrror stories about trans. in these vans. Owner Maint. Guide calls for fluid change @ 30M miles in vans w/4R100 trans., but makes no mention of the AX4N. Mine was changed @ 30M, and is clean, full, & no burnt smell, but want to avoid any future problems. Has 84M miles now. Any advice? Thanks, Jim Allan, Ford owner since 1955. They tend to leak and allow water into the tranny then it's gameover. Get tube resealed if it has never been done at a ford dealership or tranny shop worth the investment.
